Final Submission

Camera-Ready Paper Instructions

Camera-ready papers must be submitted by 12 March 2027 through Microsoft CMT. Follow the steps below in order.

    Incorporate all reviewer comments and revisions in the final paper.

  2. 2

    Ensure the paper strictly follows the Springer LNEE author guidelines.

  3. 3

    Keep the final paper within the permitted page limit, as confirmed by the publication committee.

  4. 4

    Check that all references are complete and correctly formatted.

  5. 5

    Verify author names, affiliations and email addresses — these cannot be changed after submission.

  6. 6

    Run a final plagiarism check; the similarity score must be below 10%.

  7. 7

    Submit the camera-ready paper and source files through Microsoft CMT before the deadline.

  8. 8

    Complete the copyright transfer form and submit it via Microsoft CMT.

Authors of accepted papers must complete and submit the copyright transfer / consent-to-publish form. The form is made available in Microsoft CMT after acceptance.

Checklist

Final Formatting Checklist

Verify every item below before uploading your camera-ready paper.

Use the official Springer LNEE LaTeX or Word template.

Set paper size to A4 and do not change the template margins.

Use the template's body text font and size (Times New Roman, 10 pt).

Figures must be high resolution (300 dpi or above) and embedded in the document.

Number and clearly label all equations.

Abstract of 150–250 words; 4–6 keywords.

Author names and affiliations must appear on the first page.

Follow the Springer reference style with [1], [2], … numbering.

At the Conference

Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

  • Presentation duration is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions; exact timings are confirmed in the programme.
  • Use the conference-provided laptop and projector.
  • Submit slides (PDF or PPTX) to the session chair at least 30 minutes before your session.
  • Report to your assigned session room 15 minutes early.

Poster Presentation

  • Poster size is A0 portrait (841 mm × 1189 mm).
  • Bring a printed poster — digital-only displays are not available.
  • Mount your poster before the poster session begins.
  • Be present at your poster during the designated poster session.

Submission Portal

Paper submissions and peer review are managed through Microsoft CMT. Submit your digest through the official portal.
